Products
Yes, most of our products ship unassembled with final assembly completed by the buyer. You can find out if assembly is required on the product page.
For Patio Dining Set comes with 2 packages, and the two packages may arrive separately. Please be patient if you only received one package. If you haven't received the 2nd package in 7 days after you received the 1st package, please contact us directly info@merakiiusa.com.
Returns
You may return new items purchased within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories.
