At Merakii, we take great pride in the high quality and unique design of our merchandise. Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value, together with your proof of purchase for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Service right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. EASY ONLINE RETURN
After received return label email, pack your item(s) safely in the original box and packaging and use the provided UPS/Fedex label to ship your return. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping and processing costs.
